The Degree Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing is a type of BSc (Honours). P.B.B.Sc is two years professional course offered under Faculty of Nursing & Para-medical Sciences. The course consists of a holistic mixture of classroom lectures and practical sessions. This undergraduate nursing programme is to upgrade diploma nurses to:

  • Accept responsibilities as a professional.
  • The Post Basic Nursing Course will train competent nurses and midwives to become ones who are capable of making independent decisions in nursing situations, and provide the best healthcare services at the same time.
  • Nurses with this degree will facilitate individuals and groups in pursuit of health, and is able to conduct research studies in the areas of nursing practice.
